EXPLANATION OF DATA

Each report shows date (Date), Universal Time (U.T.),
total number of sunspots (f) and number of sunspot groups (g)
in each hemisphere, and the sunspot relative number k(10g+f),
 where k is personal reduction facter. Note, however, that
 the factor is not included in the reports (i.e. k=1).
Seeing is divided into 1-5 classes, with 5 best.
