We announce the 2nd circular of the 6th Solar B Science
Meeting.

reservation form, and abstract form (if you wish to present a paper)

VISA:
Depending on your nationality, you may be required to obtain a VISA
to enter Japan. Please check by yourself at the MOFA site (The Ministry
of Foreign Affairs of Japan) if this applies to you or not.
If a VISA is required, please make contact with the nearest Japanese
Embassy/consulate general as soon as possible and also email to the LOC
chair K. Shibata (solarb6@kwasan.kyoto-u.ac.jp) and
T. Miyagoshi (miyagosi@kwasan.kyoto-u.ac.jp) required documents.


Proceedings:
Proceedings of the meeting will be published, though the publication
company has not yet been determined.
Instructions for authors will be announced later.


Location and Hotel:
The meeting will be held at the Kyoto International Community
House  (http://www.kcif.or.jp/en/index.html). November is the highest
time for tourists to visit Kyoto during the year. It will be difficult
to reserve a hotel not only just prior to the meeting but also even now.
So we searched for hotels still available in November and have
made block reservations of rooms at some hotels which are located
within 30-40 min from the meeting place, as indicated below.
Those who have not yet reserved hotel are encouraged to send the following
hotel reservation form to the LOC.
Please remember to take a copy of your passport when you check-in to the hotel.
We emphasize that the hotel reservation is on a first-come-first-served basis.
The hotel location map will appear on the meeting web page.
