Hi all,

A hat trick of planets at dawn this morning.

As I was imaging Venus at sunrise this morning, I realised that Mercury was below Venus in the east, and I managed to capture my first images of the small planet. But using the Sky X to sync to find Mercury in the bright sky, I realised that Mars was also above the horizon, but still lower, and I gave it a try.

Rather difficult in the given conditions, at 3.9h size, 22 deg altitude, in bright sky about 40mins after sunrise.

The image is of no great value, but it was nice to catch a glimpse of my planetary gfirst loveh again!

I would not claim any form of resolution, but, as shown in the WJ simulation, M Erythraeum is meant to be extending across the upper hemisphere of the planet, with S Sabeaus at centre left and Niliacus L and M Acidalium in the lower hemisphere.
