image of Mars from the 1999-05-13, 0450UT.
I've been experimenting with a new Belkin frame grabber. Thought I would go back through my
archive of tapes. Hope the image is not too large. Please offer suggestions
regarding technique, etc. Hope to have a routine before the next apparition.
The instrumentation is as follows: 18 cm refr. with 4X Barlow projection; no filter; Astrovid
2000 video camera to JVC HR-S4500U VCR. Paint Shop Pro was used for processing.
