Hello Everyone:
Polarization measurements made by Dr. Schmude
on Nov. 16 indicate little to no dust activity on Mars. The longitudes were around 300-360 degrees
west. If 2003 is like the 1988 Mars
apparition then there will be a dust storm starting in early December.
