Train Services

| The nearest stations to the venue is Kyoto Sta.(Kintetsu Rwy./JR), Kawaramachi Sta.(Hankyu Rwy.), Higashiyama Sta.(Subway Tohzai Line), Imadegawa Sta.(Subway Karasuma Line), and Demachi-Yanagi Sta.(Keihan Rwy.). Except for Demachi-Yanagi Sta. (Keihan Rwy.), you have to transfer to the bus or subway service to get to the venue. You can find the transfer information here. Discount chickets for your sight-seeing plans are also often available at the page of each rail way or bus company. |

| You will land at Itami or Kansai Intl. Airport. Please check your travel time and fee for your flight by yourself. From Kansai Airport to Kyoto, it takes about 1.5-2 hours (or more), and JR and highway bus services take you directly to Kyoto Sta. You can also transfer to Nankai Rwy. (in this case, you have to transfer to Osaka city subway at Numba). From Itami Airport to Kyoto, it takes about an hour and highway bus service is available to take you directly to Kyoto. You can also ride Osaka-Monorail (you need to transfer to Hankyu Rwy. at Minami-Ibaraki Sta.). |

Car & Bus services

| Please make sure to check the trafic information and the way to the venue from your place before driving your car. If you drive your own car, the neraest IC is the "Kyoto-Higashi" on Meishin Highway. Please drive safely.If you wish to take Highway Bus services to Kyoto, you will be at Kyoto Sta. or Fukakusa bus stop. In the formar case, please transfer to the subway or bus service (it takes about 1 min for the transfer). In the latter case, transfer to Keihan Rwy. (it takes about 10 min). |
