Seeing poor (3-4, Pickering). Transparency 4-4.5m). Wind W 0-1 kts. Altitude = 40 degrees. No dew.
Albedo features appear fairly normal in morphology and intensity both visually East limb and arctic hazes persist.
SPC tiny, bright with "outlier" near SW limb.
