Nicolas BIVER #218

Letters to the Editor

From Nicolas BIVER in CMO #218

@ . . . . .Please find here my Mars drawings for the past month. I have been travelling a lot (one drawing was made with my 8" telescope in France on May 1st) a just got time to catch Mars from time to time. Last week, seeing was better than the average of the previous months (here, on OAHU, Hawaii), as winds changed direction. But in consequence, the weather got worse and worse; high cloudiness, and now overclouded for the past 3 nights.
May 20 - June 10 will likely be weeks without any telescopic observation, because of travels to Mauna Kea and France.
I hope these drawings provide an interesting coverage, do not hesitate to contact me for further information on any (observing conditions were not always the same...)
