2003 02 12 Mo Note

Martian Images taken on 12 February 2003 (λ=137ﾟLs) by Yukio MORITA.

Seeing: 2-3 /10. S Meridiani and S Margaritifer are separated each other, and M Acidalium is coming but rather faint.

The apparent diameter δ is 5.6".

Use is made of an f /7.7 Newtonian extended to f /50 having a 25 cm speculum equipped with an ST-5C (at -5ﾟC).

10 G + IR Rejection images each with 0.5 secs
14 B + IR Rejection images each with 1.5 ~ 2 secs

Filters: the Koh-eisha RGB filters of Type 3.

Observing site is located at Hatsuka-ichi, Hiroshima, Japan.
