Note:
SPC clear. MH from 60S to NPR (Limb Arc). MC in Libya. Tyrrenum-Cimmerium dark, well-defined. Seeing not good, Mars blurry. BC =1.
NOTE: bright meteor in Sagittarius to Scutum, ~60 long, red/yellow.
  Seeing = 2 - 4. Transparency 4.5 - 5, Altitude 40°.
  T=19.7°C
