Seeing fair, variable (5-8, Pickering). Transparency variable (0-4.5 m) with frequent fast cumulus clouds.
Severe wind gusty, ENE 10-20 kts. No dew. Altitude = 51-48°.

Note:
Primary dust cloud has expanded south to cover most of Hellas. Little eastward expansion, although some dust visible in Ausonia and Eridania.
Small dust clouds in Hesperia. Dust finger crossing Tyrrhenum into Libya. Reduced contrast in western Tyrrhenum and Syrtis Minor.
NOTE: Compared to 4 July images, low contrast region in Syrtis Major has expanded further north. Delicate wispy clouds in Elysium. Trivium-Cerberus remains very weak. Hyblaeus dark, prominent. NP hood bright. Violet Clearing = 0.

PARKER uses a 41 cm Newtonian working at f/55 with an eyepiece projection together with an SBIG ST9XE ccd camera, equipped with a CFW-8C filter wheel and RGB interference filters

  Red      (610 -1100nm) : 0.15-0.25s   1-2 images   (RG610, NO IR Rejection)
  Green   (488 - 574nm) :  0.42-0.44s   4-9 images
  Blue      (392 - 508nm) : 1.30-1.40s   5-7 images
Images bias, flat and dark corrected.
