Subject: Mars Observation September 11th 2003 at 05:40 UT

Hi Mars Observers

Here is an image from September 11th 2003 at 05:40 UT. The sky transparency was fair 5/10 and the seeing was fair to good 6/10. The Mountains of Mitchell can be seen to be breaking up into three components. No changes in the Hellas basin were seen in comparison from September 9th.

GREEN + IR rejection, .6 seconds, Edmund filter

BLUE + IR rejection, 1 second, Edmund filter

Luminance, IR + Red , 600-1000nm .06 seconds, Edmunds filter

Here is an image from September 14th 2003 at 04:50 UT. The sky transparency was very good 8/10 and the seeing was good 7/10.
