The solar corona during flares and CMEs - the radio approach.

Abstract:
After briefly introducing radio observations at Potsdam, Germany, I discuss the different kinds of shock signatures observable during solar flares and CMEs and explain the possibilities of radio diagnostics. Further, a new radio method of exploring the 3D structure and field strength in post flare loops is explained.
